Users must possess the rights to submit and transfer certain rights to any content to Everyday Liturgy in accordance with the entirety of these Terms & Conditions. The user assumes all liability for any content submitted by them that is in violation of any law where applicable.

Authors retain all rights and ownership to content submitted to Everyday Liturgy. While submitting content to Everyday Liturgy does not constitute a transfer of ownership, the author grants Everyday Liturgy the right post, display, aggregate, index, and otherwise reuse all submitted content without any futher consent or permission on the sole condition that Everyday Liturgy will attribute the content to the original author.

Everyday Liturgy reserves the right to delete any user account or content which is abusive, inappropriate, or deemed by the Everyday Liturgy staff to be harmful to the site and/or community of Everyday Liturgy.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Everyday Liturgy administration. Changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on the site and forwarded via email to the primary email address of every user as they have entered it into their account settings on the site.
